The interior has a calm atmosphere like a soba shop, spacious and comfortable to spend time in. The individual hot pot style of kiritanpo is infused with a rich broth, and the flavors of Chinese cabbage, maitake mushrooms, and chicken come together perfectly. The chewy texture of the kiritanpo combined with the aroma of the soup makes it impossible to put down the chopsticks. The sashimi of cherry salmon and rainbow trout has no unpleasant smell; the cherry salmon is creamy, while the rainbow trout has a firm texture, making it enjoyable to compare the two. The small dishes, such as softer rice, pickled daikon, and simmered butterbur, are also carefully prepared, allowing for a delicious experience until the end. I felt that if you stop by during your sightseeing at Lake Towada, it is a wonderful place where you can enjoy both the beautiful scenery and the local flavors.
