It's great that you can quickly place an order at the vending machine and choose the firmness of the noodles and the amount of back fat. The recommended Bushi Ramen has a delicate aroma of seafood that spreads beautifully, giving the soup depth. The medium-thick straight noodles have just the right amount of chewiness and blend well with the soup. The larger slices of chashu are melt-in-your-mouth tender and very substantial. The creaminess of the back fat combined with the flavor of the soy sauce creates a very good overall balance. The service is quick, and I was satisfied with the ability to enjoy a change in flavor with the grated garlic on the table.
