I am happy to be able to choose my favorite dishes from the side dishes lined up in the case. I can choose between white rice and brown rice, and the gentle flavor of the egg soup is comforting. All the side dishes have a homemade feel, and the salad with spinach, hijiki seaweed, and burdock goes down easily. The cheese croquettes coated in meat sauce and the mackerel simmered in miso are impressively delicious. For something sweet, the pumpkin pudding is smooth and rich, and the scones with kumquat and cream cheese have a lovely aroma. The coffee and tea are refreshing, and I can't help but want to grab the deli takeout.
