I visited for the first time at the recommendation of a friend, and the interior is bright and spacious, creating a lively atmosphere that is very pleasant. The skewers are all large, and with each bite, the juices overflow, providing a great sense of satisfaction. In particular, the liver and skirt steak are well-coated with a rich sauce, offering a deep flavor. The green onion salt tongue has a volume similar to a plate of grilled meat, and the savory saltiness pairs perfectly. Enjoying the homemade sweet sake 'Vinoten' on the rocks enhances the coldness and subtle bitterness, further bringing out the deliciousness of the skewers. The system that allows for quick ordering via smartphone is also convenient, allowing us to enjoy the conversation while savoring the dishes at a good pace.
