The aroma and flavor of the aged meat are impressive, with a crispy exterior and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness inside. It is delicious on its own, but you can also enjoy flavor accents with wasabi or mustard. You can choose your preferred type of pasta, and both oil-based and cream-based options are of high quality. Seasonal salads, cold pumpkin potage, focaccia, and desserts are all prepared with care, one dish at a time. The bright interior, primarily in white, has high ceilings and is very comfortable. There is also parking available, making it perfect for small gatherings.
