Byeolmi Guksu

Byolmi Guks is a new yet well-established restaurant. The third menu challenge, "Chonggukjang," is particularly popular here. The Chonggukjang has such a deep flavor that it might make you scrunch up your face. Additionally, the kimchi flavor is stronger compared to other restaurants, and you can enjoy plenty of rice at a reasonable price. The cozy interior and the fact that most customers come alone are also distinctive features. The menu includes various noodles, stews, and soups, with the noodles being thick and chewy. Furthermore, the kimchi stew is rich and pairs perfectly with rice. The Bibim Guksu and Bulgogi noodles are also recommended, although they can sometimes be too salty or spicy.
