It has a traditional, calm atmosphere and is very comfortable. Upon entering, you are gently welcomed, and it feels quite relaxing. The small interior, mainly featuring a counter, has a radio playing softly in the background. The thick tonkatsu has a finely crispy coating, and the meat is tender with a rich flavor. The fried pumpkin, onion, and eggplant are also crispy, and the finely chopped cabbage is fresh and juicy. The freshly made dishes are served on a single plate, and the careful craftsmanship is evident, including the miso soup and pickles.
