I bought a meal ticket at the vending machine and took my seat. The soy sauce-based soup has a rich flavor while leaving a refreshing aftertaste, and the noodles have a chewy and pleasant texture. There are plenty of ingredients like spinach, seaweed, menma, chashu, bean sprouts, and green onions, making it satisfying. The curry starts with a gentle sweetness, followed by a deep richness, with onions and shredded chashu blending well. The grilled chashu noodles with cheese miso also have a nice aroma and are not heavy, with the melted cheese naturally blending into the soup. The grilled chashu is tender and soft, and I feel that it is a bowl with a solid base flavor.
