Original Roast [Tsuki] Blend Light Roast is a light roast blend of Ethiopia and Guatemala, characterized by a floral brightness reminiscent of black tea and a honey-like sweetness. It has a refreshing acidity similar to green apple.

This is a medium-bodied coffee with a solid dark roast that is not too heavy. You can experience the flavors of roasted nuts and cocoa.

Despite its light body, it has a gentle sweetness characteristic of natural coffee. It features acidity reminiscent of grapefruit, along with a roasted flavor similar to cashew nuts.

A robust bitterness is complemented by the vibrant aroma characteristic of Ethiopia. It features a richness and sweetness reminiscent of chocolate.

The flavor is characterized by hints of strawberry and blueberry, along with a refreshing citrus acidity. Coffee brewed with a siphon is extracted at a higher temperature, but after a short wait as the temperature drops, it transforms into a jam-like sweetness.
