For the first serving, enjoy the deliciousness of the eel as it is. Please serve the eel and rice from the wooden container into a bowl and enjoy. For the second serving, sprinkle some green onions and wasabi as condiments. The flavors will enhance the deliciousness of the eel. Here at Kabe, we have an original twist!! You can enjoy it as 'Unatoro' by adding grated yam, or as 'Negimabushi' and 'Shisomabushi' for a delicious experience! For the third serving, pour dashi broth over the condiments and top with shredded nori to enjoy a flavorful ochazuke that combines the savory taste of grilled eel.
