3.2

The interior of the shop has a warm wooden feel, with ample space that makes it comfortable. Nostalgic music plays in the background, allowing for a relaxed time. The handmade soba is slightly uneven, and the more you chew, the more you can enjoy its firmness. The dipping sauce has a rich aroma of broth, and it warms your body while still hot. The flavor of the duck is robust, and it pairs very well with the green onions. Finally, adding plenty of soba water allows for a satisfying finish.
