When I went up to the third floor and opened the door, I was excited to see a pure white and sophisticated café space spread out before me. The display shelves were lined with small yet uniquely characterized breads, and I found myself hesitating over which one to choose. The croissant infused with white truffle was light and crispy, and the flavor of the wheat spread pleasantly, making me feel happy. The bamboo pork sausage sandwiched in a dog roll paired perfectly with the chewy dough, providing a delightful texture. From my seat by the window, I could overlook the cityscape and spent a relaxing time in the bright light. Since there are many breads that are light and not greasy, I think it's a wonderful shop where you can enjoy a variety of flavors lightly.
