I used the restaurant during a break from golf. The pork cutlet made from Saijo's sweet potatoes has a light batter and a wonderful aroma, with a perfect balance of the umami from the lean meat and fat. There are two types of mustard, allowing for a fun change in flavor while eating. The side vegetables and potato salad are also delightful, and with rice and soup included, it leaves you feeling satisfied. The katsudon has a large cutlet on top, and the portion is substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction. I've heard that the Western-style morning set is also popular, and you can relax with a cold coffee.
