The interior is clean and allows for a relaxed experience. The preparation is meticulous, and their commitment to avoiding additives is evident. The style involves purchasing a meal ticket and being called by number, making the pickup process smooth. The broth, with its light seafood flavor combined with the richness of chicken, pairs excellently with the noodles. When you pour the soup over the yuzu salt chicken rice, the harmony of flavors is irresistible. The presentation is also beautiful, and I was satisfied with this gentle and healthy bowl.
