The interior has a clean and elegant atmosphere, allowing for a quiet and relaxing experience. There are partitioned seats, so you can enjoy your time without worrying about those around you. The dishes feature a Japanese twist, showcasing the ingenuity in bringing out the flavors of the ingredients. The aged fish expands in flavor with each bite, and the sushi has a surprisingly smooth texture. The mild oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) is also impressive, feeling like a type I've never encountered before. I was able to ask the staff various questions about the dishes, making for an enjoyable time that included great conversation.
