A renowned restaurant for heartwarming Inaniwa udon

Hazuki is a famous establishment that offers rare Inaniwa udon, known for its smooth texture and slippery finish that leaves a lasting impression. The interior has a comfortable atmosphere. The tempura served with both cold and hot udon is crispy and fluffy, with the shrimp tempura being particularly acclaimed. This udon shop never disappoints and truly delivers deliciousness in every aspect.

This restaurant boasts Inaniwa udon, and it has a parking area, so you can feel at ease. Inside, there are counters and tables, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere without pretension. The thin noodles are smooth and have just the right amount of elasticity, making them pleasant to slurp. You can choose the dipping sauce, and I particularly enjoyed the way of eating it with hot broth paired with the cold noodles. The freshly fried tempura has a light batter, and the flavor is enhanced by matcha-flavored salt. The pudding is also carefully prepared, and its gentle sweetness was comforting.
