There are many seats with sunken kotatsu, allowing for a relaxed seating experience. If you are guided to a window seat, you can see the buildings of the city, which gives a somewhat special feeling. The salt ramen has a refreshing broth that pairs well with the slightly thicker curly noodles. The portion size is just right, making it perfect for a finishing touch. The fried cod is fluffy and very delicious. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), agedashi (deep-fried tofu), soba (buckwheat noodles), and simmered fish all have a rich dashi flavor, and each dish is satisfying.
