This is a stylish shop just a short walk from the tram stop, marked by a blue awning and a red lantern. Upon entering, you are greeted by a dimly lit wooden space with the sound of a television playing, and the counter and tables are arranged at a comfortable distance from each other. The chicken thighs, gizzards, and negima grilled over charcoal are fragrant, and the grilling is exquisite. The homemade tsukune is spiced just right, making the first bite enjoyable, and the mochi wrapped in bacon is an addictive combination of fat and rice cake. There are also surprising items on the menu, such as Okinawan-style small dishes and squid ink yakisoba, and each plate showcases excellent use of seasonings that keeps your chopsticks moving. Even when run by a single person, the service is smooth, and the attentive hospitality makes this a cozy tavern.
