This is a calm soba restaurant located in a residential area, where you are warmly welcomed upon entering. The interior is clean, with tables and raised seating arranged neatly, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The thin soba noodles are firm and well-chilled in cold water, releasing a pleasant aroma and providing a nice texture and smoothness when eaten. The dipping sauce is rich with a refreshing aftertaste, perfectly complementing the mildness of walnuts and the flavors of Iberico pork and duck. The freshly fried tempura is light and crispy, while the rolled omelet is fluffy and filled with plenty of dashi, making it delicious. Even the soba broth and tea after the meal provide a comforting experience, making for a highly satisfying moment.
