It's a place that's easy to drop by, located just a short walk from the station. For lunch, I ordered a simple meal of pork cutlet. The thin batter is a lovely golden brown and has a refined crunch. The center is slightly pink, and the juices spread pleasantly. You can also enjoy a change in flavor with homemade sauces that include rock salt and mustard. The presentation on the plate is simple, just cabbage and the cutlet, and I was able to enjoy it light and delicious until the end.
