Thank you for looking this far. After graduating from culinary school, I worked for 6 years at a sushi restaurant run by a fish shop in Nagoya, then returned to my hometown Takahama to work for 2 years at a sushi kaiseki restaurant that has been in business for 60 years, followed by 3 years at a seafood izakaya in Kariya, then 1 year at the top gourmet conveyor belt sushi in Aichi Prefecture. Currently, I have achieved a historic 'first' with 4 crowns at a certain conveyor belt sushi competition!
