I ordered mainly sashimi, and everything was surprisingly fresh and had a smooth texture. In particular, the bonito had no unpleasant smell, and its chewy umami spread, making me feel happy. I heard that the types of fish change daily, and I felt lucky to be able to taste the rare Spanish mackerel. The cooked dishes, such as fried foods, large skewers, and mentaiko rolled omelet, were also prepared with care, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. To finish, slurping the light soy sauce ramen allowed me to relax along with the lingering taste of seafood. The owner's gentle service was also pleasant, and I was filled with satisfaction all the way home.
