I enjoyed lunch at a café-style shop on the second floor of the arena. What surprised me first was the bowl full of colorful vegetables piled high. The Chinese noodles hidden underneath had just the right amount of elasticity and paired perfectly with the homemade dressing. I chose the salad noodles topped with salmon, but I was happy that I could choose my favorite main ingredient, such as fish or meat. It seems that the ingredients are mainly sourced from Nagano Prefecture, and the gentle flavor made it safe to recommend even to small children. The carefully prepared dish filled both my stomach and heart, and I couldn't help but smile.

This is a shop that vegetable lovers can't resist. Choosing from the daily special menu written on the board is exciting. Each lunch comes piled high with colorful local vegetables, and I felt the freshness with every bite. The noodle dishes, made with chewy Chinese noodles and homemade dressing, paired perfectly, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The smoked fish set meal had a perfect balance of saltiness, making it easy for even small children to eat. The careful attention to ingredients was evident in the delicious flavors, allowing me to relax and forget that I was on the second floor of a gym.

This is a calming café space that feels like it’s not on the second floor of a sports facility. The colorful local vegetables were piled high, and just looking at them made me feel energized. You can pour homemade sauce according to your preference, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors. The salad noodles with salmon had a perfect balance of chewy noodles, crunchy vegetables, and fish, making it very refreshing. There is a rich selection of main dishes like smoked mackerel and tomato miso cheese pork, and I get excited every time I see the board at the entrance. The gentle flavors convey a commitment to the ingredients, allowing me to enjoy the meal with my small child without worry.
