The sashimi, incredibly fresh, was so delicious that I felt happy from the first bite. The deep-fried tofu topped with meat miso combined a savory aroma and richness, making it impossible to stop eating. The spare ribs were tender and crumbly, with a burst of umami flavor. The crispy tempura highlighted the sweetness of the ingredients, and with its light texture, I could eat as many as I wanted. It was fun that each small dish served at the beginning was different for everyone, and we all shared and enjoyed it together. To finish, the fragrant pepper hot pot was spiced just right, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
