Tempura is served in a state that maximizes the flavor and aroma of the ingredients, so the satisfaction level is high. However, it is not just the taste; the operation in the kitchen and the attentiveness of the service are also wonderful at this restaurant. I really appreciate that even those with small appetites can enjoy various tempura without leaving anything behind. I hope to someday enjoy a voluminous course paired with wine.
