The contrast between the fragrant, grilled surface and the creamy, smooth dough is pleasant. I especially love the combination of chopped green onions and mayonnaise, which enhances the flavor significantly. It's also nice that I can add sauce or mayonnaise to my liking afterward. There is little greasiness, and I can enjoy the firm texture of the octopus. The process of receiving it is smooth, and it's convenient to have it ready quickly. Even when taken home, the texture is well-preserved, and I can enjoy it deliciously until the last bite.
