The soup is prepared by carefully preparing more than 10 chicken carcasses and simmering them with aromatic vegetables for over 40 hours to bring out the natural umami of the chicken. The chicken used as ingredients is cooked slowly to seal in the umami and juices. It is tender and blends well with the soup, resulting in an exquisite taste. A whole chicken is used and seared in front of you, making it perfect for Instagram. Additionally, the 'homemade tsukune' served together is made by blending 4 types of meat, combining seasoning and ingredients such as yam, and kneading them by hand. When added to the mizutaki soup, the tsukune releases a different umami, allowing you to enjoy an even deeper soup.

Since our establishment, our famous fried chicken wings have become a specialty alongside our hot pot. They are highly popular with three different flavors. White: Our original blend of 15 spices is a hit with everyone from children to the elderly. Red: A blend of chili peppers added to the white base creates a spicy and addictive flavor. Black: Sweet and savory soy sauce glaze with a hint of black pepper for added accent. A favorite among children as well.

Large bone-in chicken thigh meat is seasoned with original spices and slowly baked in the oven for about 30 minutes. To lock in the natural flavor of the thigh meat, the skin surface is crispy while the inside is juicy and tender, spreading the deliciousness of the chicken as soon as you take a bite. Finally, dip the rice ball in the sauce mixed with plenty of chicken flavor and enjoy.
