The restaurant has partitioned seats and tatami rooms, allowing for a calm atmosphere. This time, I chose a katsudon and a soba bento. Both dishes fit into one bento box, accompanied by miso soup, pickles, and fresh vegetables. The pork cutlet is thick and tender, and the egg is cooked just right, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The soba has a wonderful aroma, and the lightly sweet dipping sauce pairs perfectly with the flavor of the bonito. The miso soup, rich in dashi, and the soba water at the end were also pleasant, leaving me satisfied until the very end.
