Is it the best in Japan!? The thick soba has an excellent chewiness and taste. It is recommended to enjoy it generously coated with a deep soba dipping sauce that is specially blended and carefully prepared for this soba. One serving contains more than 1.8 times the amount of typical zaru soba.
This is a tempura soba made with extra large shrimp, which is now quite rare. The frying oil is a blend of sesame oil, creating a dish that spreads a savory aroma in your mouth.
This is a vegetable tempura. It features small pieces of tempura and ingredients scattered separately, creating a crispy and fragrant tempura. The batter, made with a secret blend, remains crunchy even after being soaked in the dipping sauce for a few minutes. I would like you to enjoy this tempura by dropping it into the dipping sauce like tenkasu and having it with soba.
This is a sticky and rich tororo that even those who love tororo will rave about. It uses yam from Tako, Chiba Prefecture, and the consistency is adjusted to make it easy to eat with nagaimo. Even so, it is thick enough to be cut with chopsticks. This is a highly acclaimed dish.
A rare long eggplant harvested in the Kyushu region. When heated, it becomes creamier than regular eggplant and develops a sweetness similar to sweet potatoes. We have received feedback from customers saying, 'I have never seen one this big' and 'The taste is incredibly delicious!' Enjoy the crispy coating and the juicy, creamy texture.
For small children, we combined the broth made from Iwakuma-an's soup and kelp to create a dipping sauce for udon. It is topped with kamaboko, spinach, wakame, and corn. We provide children's forks, spoons, and bowls with the dish.

If the standard amount of zaru soba is not enough for you, we recommend the large serving.
No explanation needed for double the amount! It's quite a lot, but no one who has ordered it has ever left any behind.
For those with a small appetite, you can have a half portion for a discount of 300 yen.
This is a tempura rice bowl topped with shrimp, perilla leaves, lotus root, fish cake, eggplant, and maitake mushrooms. (Ingredients can be changed) It has a surprising amount of volume for a mini dish.
Freshly fried, crispy and crunchy vegetable tempura served on slightly firm rice, coated with a sweet and savory sauce.
