The interior of the store, with its high ceilings that make use of the warehouse, is quiet, and the scent of wood gently spreads. You can see the chef's skill from the counter, which is exciting. The course features seasonal vegetables as the main attraction, with a salad of four types of radishes and a dish combining white eggplant, eel, and cucumber that left a strong impression. The sauces and dressings are made with care, and the layering of flavors is beautiful. The main dish, short-horned beef rump, is also fragrant, and the umami is distinctly felt. Casual conversations with the chef are pleasant, allowing you to quietly enjoy a special atmosphere.
