This is a royal course that allows you to fully enjoy the goodness of fresh fugu, from the resilient sashimi to the wiggling hot pot and juicy deep-fried fish.
In addition to sashimi, hot pot, and fried fish, you can also enjoy collagen-rich nabe skin and live blowfish sushi.
This is a special course that includes all-you-can-drink, perfect for large banquets. For year-end parties, New Year's parties, welcome and send-off parties, and various other occasions♪ (available for 20 to 42 people) This is a very satisfying course that includes appetizers such as sashimi with outstanding elasticity, a moving hot pot, collagen-rich nabe skin, fried fish overflowing with flavor, etc., and a zosui (rice porridge) to finish, and dessert.
This is a private lunch limited to one pair per day. ♪ The live fugu is pulled from the tank and processed at the reserved time, and is so fresh that it wiggles just before it is put into the pot! Enjoy the sashimi with outstanding resilience, the hot pot that dances on the plate, the crispy fried fugu with full of flavor, zosui (rice porridge), and even dessert.
This is the ultimate luxury course with twice the volume of "tessa" and "tecchiri" as the full course, plus the a la carte popular "butsukiri-zukuri". Minimum order of 2 persons. The "KIKUFUGU GOKUMI Course" must be reserved at least 3 days in advance.
