I liked that it was just a short walk from the station, and the quiet, relaxing Japanese-style interior. The wappa rice had freshly cooked rice that was fluffy and the flavors of the ingredients seeped in, making it very satisfying. The combination of free-range chicken soboro and scrambled eggs was enjoyable in texture, and it was so delicious that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The tempura rice bowl and clam wappa rice were also well-balanced, allowing for a pleasant eating experience until the end. The soup and simmered dishes had a mellow mouthfeel, and the deliciousness spread gently. The homemade ponzu and dressing were also impressive, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship.
