The characteristic of Blue Mountain is its very good balance of bitterness, acidity, and sweetness. None of these elements stand out excessively; instead, they harmonize as a whole, making it easy for many people to drink. It has a light yet deep richness, and a refined aroma that smoothly passes through the nose, which is a feature not often seen in other coffees. Even when drunk black, it has little off-flavor and offers a smooth mouthfeel.
The characteristic of Ethiopia Mocha lies in its rich aroma and complex flavor. The flavor profile features a refreshing acidity of citrus and berry notes. It also has a floral aroma, natural sweetness, and a clean mouthfeel with a lingering finish. The appearance of the beans is generally small and often irregular in shape. This is influenced by traditional cultivation methods and high-altitude farming, resulting in a very rich flavor despite their small size.
Kilimanjaro coffee refers to Arabica coffee beans produced in Tanzania, Africa. (However, beans produced in the Bukoba region are not included.) Its most notable feature is its acidity. Due to the unique climatic conditions of high altitudes and rich soil, it has a sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits and flowers, along with a high-quality and strong acidity. As for the body, Kilimanjaro coffee has a solid body while being free of off-flavors, characterized by a clean aftertaste.
The characteristic of Mandheling is its rich and spicy flavor, sometimes accompanied by hints of herbs and nuts. For those drinking it for the first time, it may have a slightly peculiar taste, but many become captivated once they experience its charm. The unique processing method known as 'Sumatra style' results in a distinct deep green color of the green beans. Mandheling is popular among coffee lovers seeking a rich and heavy flavor.
You can easily enjoy our popular menu items at home or in the office! We especially recommend the hamburgers and paninis. You can take home authentic flavors with ease. Additionally, soft drinks, fries, and onion rings are also available for takeout. Please make use of our offerings for your home time or outings! *Drinks are provided as part of the hamburger and panini set menu.
Takeout orders can be placed until 5 PM, the same as in-store dining, and can be picked up until 6 PM. Additionally, for small orders of about 2 to 5 items, we can smoothly hand them over in about 10 minutes. We also welcome reservation orders and large orders of 10 or more items. (Takeout is also possible after dining in the restaurant.)

We have an overwhelming selection of menus, including demi-hamburgers and garlic shrimp! You can enjoy all combinations for 1,408 yen (some exclusions apply)!
