4.1

You can enjoy soba grown in the mountains of Shinshu, and the aroma is very pleasant. The 80/20 noodles are slightly white and translucent, and they are firm due to being chilled with mountain water. The dipping sauce has a refreshing taste, and the bowl is well-chilled, which feels nice. There are also other options available besides soba, and the wild vegetable tempura is crispy and delightful. The thin soba crepes and homemade pickles that come out first, as well as the soba-yu yokan, are also enjoyable to taste. The local people manage the place with care, and the atmosphere inside is warm.
