The cheerful owner manages the place efficiently, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The small bowl of yam and tonburi has a delightful texture and a gentle flavor. The simmered hatabuta fish is rich in umami, making you crave sake. The round dumpling kiritanpo hot pot is infused with the broth of local chicken, making even the vegetables delicious. The chawanmushi and iburi-gakko are also made with care, encouraging you to keep drinking. It's enjoyable whether you're alone or in a group, with a gentle taste that helps you relax.

There are pleasant people, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The dishes make use of ingredients unique to Akita, and the homemade flavors are soothing to the heart. The small bowl of yam and tonburi has a fun combination of stickiness and a poppy texture. The round dumplings and vegetables in the kiritanpo hot pot absorb the flavor of the local chicken broth, making it very delicious. The simmered hatahata, chawanmushi, and iburi-gakko pair well with sake. It is easy to use whether alone or in a group, and it is reassuring to inquire about the seating situation before going.
