During the day, cold noodles are the main focus, while at night, you can enjoy grilled meat. The cold noodles feature thin, flat noodles with a smooth texture, topped with cucumber, char siu, shrimp, and boiled egg, served in a refreshing broth with a rich flavor. You can add vinegar and pepper to enjoy a change in taste. The grilled meat at night is easy to enter even for one person, and the combination of pork belly, beef skirt, and chicken thigh is just the right amount. The delicious sauce pairs well with rice, and the green onion sauce goes perfectly with the pork belly. Chinese soba is also available, offering a simple and comforting flavor.
