The flow of ordering at the register first and then waiting at the table is easy to understand. The lunch incorporating fermentation is full of vegetables and visually vibrant. The chicken nanban marinated in koji is tender, and the balance of sweet vinegar and tartar sauce is very good. The roast beef bowl, combined with egg yolk, sauce, and radish sprouts, makes you want to keep eating. The soup has a gentle flavor, and the water kimchi and stewed eggplant are delightful. Even in a small shop, it feels calm, and you can enjoy it casually whether alone or with family.
