Located in a building directly connected to the station, it has a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in. There is a counter in front of the kitchen, and tables that provide a relaxing environment. You can place orders through a screen, and the menu is so extensive that it can be overwhelming. The scallop tempura rice bowl is substantial, with a rich filling that pairs well with the slightly sweet sauce. I also enjoyed local flavors such as the dipping soba, squid menchi, and crispy fried chicken skin with a special sauce. There is a selection of local sake, and seasonal items are served in Tsugaru glassware, which enhances the experience.
