It's a self-service udon restaurant where you can order udon as soon as you enter. After that, you can choose tempura and rice dishes, and you can also add tenkasu (tempura scraps) and condiments by yourself. The udon is slightly thin, has a smooth texture that goes down easily, and has just the right amount of chewiness, making it satisfying to eat. The broth is light, and you can easily adjust the flavor with the table condiments according to your preference. There are many types of tempura served on a separate plate, and it's nice to enjoy them with dipping sauce or salt. The interior has tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere, and the staff's service was pleasant, making for a comfortable experience.
