It is a small shop quietly located in a residential area, but once you step inside, a calm atmosphere flows. The owner provides a very warm welcome, and I felt cozy the moment I sat down. The eel grilled over charcoal is fragrant, the flesh is fluffy, and I didn't mind the bones at all; I smiled with the first bite. The sauce is not too sweet and has depth, making it a perfect match with the rice and eel. The liver soup contains various ingredients that further enhance the flavor of the eel. Even the fruits served after the meal were carefully prepared, allowing me to enjoy a happy mood until the very end.
