The interior is bright, with a spacious arrangement of counters and tables, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The soy sauce-based ramen I ordered released a savory aroma along with steam, instantly boosting my appetite. The rich black broth has a sharp saltiness intertwined with sweetness and fragrance, making it impossible to stop using the spoon. The medium-thick noodles absorb the soup well, being chewy and releasing umami with every slurp. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu, crunchy onions, and garlic toppings are a perfect match, making the flavor variations enjoyable. Even the thick menma adds to the satisfaction, and the lingering aftertaste after finishing the bowl was the best experience.
