Domestic eel sourced alive is steamed for 20 to 30 minutes until it becomes fluffy and tender, then coated with a secret sauce in three stages and grilled slowly. The freshly grilled eel is served generously, enough to cover the rice.
You can enjoy three different ways of eating it at once. First, try the thick yet fluffy and tender texture of the eel as it is. Then, enjoy it with condiments, and finally, pour tea over it and savor it.
