L'interno è tranquillo e pulito, ed è molto bello. Si acquista il biglietto al distributore all'ingresso, il che rende facile la scelta. Ci sono tre tipi di carne di maiale brasata: salsa di soia, miso e sale, ognuno con una personalità unica e divertente. La carne è tenera e si infilza facilmente con le bacchette, e il sapore è ben assorbito, il che è emozionante. Il piatto include riso, insalata e zuppa di miso, ed è anche presentato in modo molto bello. La proprietaria è stata molto amichevole e mi ha fatto assaporare il menù a quantità limitata con entusiasmo.
