It is a house that feels like a hidden gem in a residential area, offering a pleasant space that combines traditional Japanese aesthetics with modernity. The service is attentive, and the presentation of the dishes served over the counter is very beautiful. The tableware and cutlery are stylish, and the comfortable chairs allow for a leisurely experience. The bonito appetizer is firm and flavorful, while the pan-seared flounder is moist and gently supported by the sauce. The homemade pasta made with dried fish roe has a rich aroma of shrimp and maitake mushrooms, with a light finish that I prefer. The dessert, featuring a rosemary-scented sorbet and espuma, is also impressive, keeping me excited until the very end.
