Soft, juicy and a little bit Belgian, Franck is the culmination of a couple of years of experimentation, making a balanced Belgian IPA that ticks all the fruity boxes. We use a blend of two yeasts, one Belgian and one British to create a harmonious sweetish profile of soft fruits, citrus, stone fruits and bubblegum to lift the judicious addition of fresh citra hops that are added throughout the process. Satsumas, sweet orange, lemon and a touch of hoppy dankness pop all over a canvas of gentle malt, oats and wheat. A touch of acid malt brings a tangy finish
Soft and pillowy, plum, nectarine. Herbal and piney notes. Orange and lemon zest, blackcurrant. Crackers and a smooth body with pithy bitterness in a gentle finish
A simple hazy pale ale, packed with tropical fruit flavour, especially mango. Very soft but with upfront bitterness that cuts through the sweetish body nicely to balance the whole thing out. First can slips down very easily, the second even more
An evergreen collab with our friends at Boundary! Originally brewed in 2017 this Imperial Stout is packed with smooth, deep chocolate flavours and a kinda vineous sweet hit of blueberry
A rich, hoppy, spicy Belgian IPA brewed in collaboration with our buddies at Unity Brewing
A sessionable Anglo-Belgian ale. Rich and aromatic malts, great yeast esters and balanced hopping. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Marble Brewery
Punchy and flavourful Black IPA with cascade hops
Collab brew with Squawk Brewing. Big West Coast style Passionfruit IPA, packed with Simcoe and Citra there's a refreshing grapefruit bitterness that bleeds away to an incredible full tart fruitiness
A casked pale ale with hints of passionfruit
As experimental as it gets, brewed in collaboration with The Beak. This is a non-traditional saison brewed in an ancient manor. The wort was made from barley, oats, wheat and rye, plus a scattering of Citra and Mandarina Bavaria, before being primary fermented in a single Viognier wine barrel with our house brettanomyces blend. After almost half a year in oak, the beer was hand-bottled and matured for several months in glass. The result is a dry, bright and citrusy beer with a noticeable winey acidity. Though ready to drink now, its bretty character will continue to evolve over many years
Smooth and full with tangerine, tropical fruits, little dank and juicier berries. Rounded and creamy with a soft finish
Double IPA in the PPL series
The first beer in the PPL series, also came as a brett version
A refreshing and quaffable Berliner Weisse with blueberry and raspberry added in just enough quantities to keep things interesting. An ideal drink after a bike ride or for the long summer evenings

An interesting Berliner Weisse with a raspberry & our signature brett twist to keep things interesting
Originally brewed with Brewdog (before they were famous!) as Alice Porter, Matt & Alice's engagement beer no less. Tastes like blackcurrant, liquorice, lemon zest, bitter orange, cola cubes, little bit olive/little bit hedgerow
