The Toyohashi curry udon here was very delicious. The homemade noodles are soft yet chewy, and they pair well with the sauce. The medium-spicy curry has a nice dashi flavor and can be eaten all the way to the end without feeling heavy. Underneath the bowl, there is rice and tororo hidden, allowing for a change in flavor as you eat. It includes quail eggs, chicken, kamaboko, and green onions, and it's nice that you can adjust the taste with fukujinzuke and spicy powder to your liking. You can also choose cheese, and the portion is just right, making it satisfying to finish.
