The Okinawa soba, with the aroma of bonito, had a very satisfying taste. The noodles were smooth and chewy, providing a pleasant experience with every bite. The tender pork belly was soft even down to the cartilage, melting in the mouth. The half serving of taco rice included vegetables, and mixing in the salsa made it even more delicious. For a change in flavor, there were kochujang and wasabi available, and I particularly liked the wasabi. The friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, and the style of choosing from the ticket vending machine at the entrance was also fun.
