Surrounded by a peaceful rural landscape, the shop has a refreshing atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. It has a tatami mat style where you take off your shoes, with heavy wooden tables and sunken hearths that create a cozy environment. Once seated, warm tea and pickles are served, and the gentle conversation brings comfort to the heart. The soba noodles are slightly wide with a distinct flavor, perfectly complementing the spicy dipping sauce. The tempura has a light, crispy batter that makes it hard to resist. The duck dipping sauce is hearty, containing plenty of ingredients like green onions and thinly sliced eggplant, and the beautiful Mashiko pottery adds to the visual enjoyment.
