Miyanchi's original Okinawa soba made with bone broth using Okinawa's Ryubi pork, and featuring broth from clams and imaiyu. It uses unique ingredients from Okinawa, such as homemade sūchikā and aosa.
A dish that stimulates the appetite with a blend of spices and Japanese-style broth that pairs well with soba. The remaining broth can be enjoyed with white rice. You can adjust the spiciness to your liking.
"Kara Soba" refers to a type of noodle dish without soup that is eaten in Ishigaki Island. The term "Kara" indicates that it is a soupless, empty noodle. Waka Kara Soba, finished in a Japanese style with fish and soy sauce, features the flavor of dried sardine powder as an accent. It is a dish that allows you to better appreciate the deliciousness of Okinawa soba noodles.
The combination of tenderly simmered soki and the refreshing broth with the aroma of clams is outstanding.
Minced pork from Okinawa and Wagyu beef blended exclusively for Miyanchi. The hamburger, carefully hand-kneaded in the shop using reliable ingredients, is a simple yet flavorful dish packed with the essence of meat. It is popular among a wide range of customers, from children to the elderly.
A traditional Portuguese dish arranged in a Miyanchi style. A popular menu item among children. Once you try it, you'll want to eat it again; it's a dish with a high repeat rate.
A value menu that includes half soba, po-po, and a kids' juice. We also provide child-friendly cutlery and scissors for cutting noodles.
Roasted with Okinawa Cerado coffee. A deep blend with a refreshing aftertaste that pairs well with both meals and desserts.
Brewed strong with a coffee press and topped with plenty of milk. For those who enjoy a strong café au lait.
An original blend of green tea, chamomile, lemongrass, and more. A refreshing taste.
Sanpin tea, raw sugar, orange, karaki
Prefectural green tea, peppermint, rose red petals, rosemary, lemongrass
Kintoki beans, adzuki beans, pressed barley, and a refreshing sugar cane syrup. Despite being zenzai, it has a subtly roasted flavor, reminiscent of traditional Japanese sweets.
Acai is a black-purple fruit that is slightly larger than a blueberry. It is often referred to as a superfood, containing rich nutrients and antioxidants such as polyphenols, iron, vitamin E, and unsaturated fatty acids, with only about 5% of the fruit being edible. At Miyanchi, we use acai to create an acai bowl topped with plenty of granola and fruits. It is perfect not only as a dessert but also as a light snack when you want to take care of your body.
