I saw it in front of the station and stopped by. The wide and long biangbiang noodles have a nice chewiness, and it's enjoyable to slurp them before biting through. The tangy and spicy sauce coats the meat and vegetables, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The tomato noodles have a distinct sourness, and the zhajiang sauce is rich in meat and has a unique aroma. You can choose the level of spiciness, and the crunchy vegetables provide a nice accent. The service is quick, and the atmosphere is casual enough to enjoy even alone.
